Cancellation Policy

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please know that when you cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Appointment reminders are sent out two days ahead because we know it's easy to forget.
 
When an appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will require payment of 50% before booking your new appointment. A no-show fee of 75% will apply when an appointment is missed without cancellation.

As a courtesy, we offer text or email confirmations two business days before your appointment date. Please let your stylist know if you are not receiving email and/or text reminders for your appointments.
